Method

Cut Ghiotti Grana Padano into thin pieces.

Grill or quickly pan fry the tortilla wrap and cut into small triangle pieces.

Slice Ghiotti chorizo barbeque on angle, then quick pan fry in oil, 10 seconds each side.

Take a piece of tortilla wrap and add green pesto.

Then add the Ghiotti chorizo barbeque, Ghiotti Grana Padano and Ghiotti Kalamata olive.

Use a bamboo pick to hold all ingredients together.
