Quick and healthy salad, perfect for summer

Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
Drain Ghiotti Buffalo mozzarella and cut into small pieces.
Raise on a plate rocket salad, cherry tomatoes and Ghiotti Buffalo mozzarella.
Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
Garnish with basil leaves and Ghiotti grissini sesame.
